For Android Devices 
  1. Go to setting and click on Personal Hotspot  .

 2.  Then Click on setup Personal Hotspot option .

3. Keep the Wifi Name or SSID Network Name of your choice or Click here for Best Wifi Names .

4. Create the security password of your choice click WPA2 PSK or if your wish to create Wifi hotspot without password then choose None.
